Cape Verde: 1913 Postal Orders set $11½, $22½, $56¼, 1$12½, 3$93½ & 4$50, with values in centre in both patacas/avos & in shillings/pence, with postage stamp designs 'CABO VERDE' 2½c or 7½c printed at left, specimens with serial no 000:000, ea with 2 intact perf counterfoils at left. Most are superb fresh UNC. These were prepared in the same design as the 1913 Portugal 2nd issue, & submitted for consideration by the Minister of the Colonies, but believed not to have been issued. These were prepared in the same design as the 1913 Portugal 2nd issue, & submitted for consideration by the Minister of the Colonies, but believed not to have been issued.
