1962-68 Pictorial Issue, mainly mint misplaced colour varieties comprising 2d (11, one used), 3d (6), 4d, 6d, 8d (5, one used), 10d (2), 1/- and 1/6 used on cover, also 3d and 6d blocks each with a large colour spot, 2d block with yellow doctor blade flaw across two stamps, and other minor varieties. 1968 Olympic Games 3d, variety red-brown ("BERMUDA" and value) omitted, fine mounted mint. In 1968 Mr P.N Greenshields purchased 25 stamps with this error from the Hamilton G.P.O, four of which were damaged; he used six of these (including the four damaged stamps) on self-addressed covers. No other examples from this one sheet have been recorded. A rare and striking variety, nineteen mint examples recorded. S.G. 220a, £4,750. Photo included on Front Cover. (Image1)

1968 (Dec 16) Cover to P.N Greenshields bearing two examples of the Olympic Games 3d, one with the major variety red-brown ("BERMUDA" and value) omitted. Just six examples of this variety were used on covers by Mr P.N Greenshields, the finder of the error, four of these used stamps being damaged.
