[NB: this is the 'London' edition on normal paper. Most copies sent abroard with the 'foreign' edition on tissue-paper]
AUSTRALIAN COLONIES - NEW SOUTH WALES: 'New South Wales: the Government Printing Office' published by Government Printer Charles Potter (1891), softbound 48pp + double-sided fold-out floorplan & 18 single-sided photographic plates mostly of machinery & production, significant foxing but most of the plates are very fine. Rare: the first example we have seen.

AUSTRALIAN COLONIES - NEW SOUTH WALES: 1917 (June 6) 'The Australian Philatelist SPECIAL NUMBER' highlighting the gift by HL White of his NSW collection to the Mitchell Library with a 43pp 'Reference List of the Stamps', to which has been added the Library's title pages, a brief introduction & listing of the collection as arranged for display by Fred Hagen, the whole beautifully bound in full goatskin with marbled endpapers plus gilt tooling & titling including 'H.L. WHITE' on the front cover, the front cover of the magazine a little soiled otherwise superb. A unique volume, believed prepared by the Library's craftsmen as a presentation memento to Henry L White, with his bookplate.
