POSTAL HISTORY: 1967 Des Phosphates de l'Oceanie envelope registered to England with 5c Iririki, 10c Cocoa & 30c Shell tied 'FORARI' cds with 'FORARI' Australian-type blue/white registration label alongside on face, a couple of minor aging marks. The Australian-type R labels are regularly seen from Vila and sometimes from Santo; this is the first we have seen from Forari.
