1964 series of privately produced artist cards by John Olday being monochrome cartoons reflecting on his life of political activism, social/sexual mores, medical practices etc, all with hand-written inscriptions & initialled "JO", superb unused; plus two flyers for his exhibition at Adelaide's Royal Admiral Hotel (one with his Sydney houseboat address added to the reverse), and the original plain manilla envelope. Insightful, sardonic, poignant, & often hilarious. [Arthur William ('John') Oldag was an artist & anarchist who was active in Europe during the 1930s & a member of the German anti-Nazi undergound. An excellent basis for a One Frame exhibit or club display. [Measuring 7.1 on the Richter Scale, this was the most destructive earthquake to ever hit Europe.
