Extensive Old Time Mint U.S. Christmas Seal Collection from 1907 to 1956, neatly displayed on home made pages housed in 2 binders. The collection consists of many thousands of stamps in complete and part sheets, blocks, panes, singles, imperfs, progressive plate proofs, stencils and more. Also included is a collection of U.S. sanatorium seals or stamps (local issues) from the 1930s to 1954 housed in one binder. A great lot for the serious seal collector with many rare items. Extensive Old Time Worldwide Cinderella Collection, with about 1,400 mint stamps from the early 1900s to the early 1950s, housed in one thick stockbook. Starts with a group of WWI issues, color proofs for a France Pro Patria issue (Orleans chamber of commerce) and a lung association Christmas seal issue. Also included are many Christmas greeting stamps, tuberculosis issues from several countries including China, Easter seals, exhibition issues, Y.M.C.A., V.F.W. National Home, United States patriotic issues, and much more. We noted many are never hinged and in blocks of 4 or more. Very nice collection, overall fine to very fine and seldom offered. Extensive Scandinavian Lung Association Christmas Seal Stamp Collection, housed in two thick stockbooks. Starts with a Denmark collection from 1905 to 1990, consisting of over 800 Christmas seal stamps, (including blocks of about 20 of the issues from 1909 to 1947 and several booklets). Also included is a Norway collection, with over 250 items from 1911 to 1950. The collection appears mostly complete for the time period with many blocks of 10 or more seal stamps between 1937 to 1950. Also noted a Finland collection from 1928 to 1949, which appears complete for the time period with many multiples of 20 or more, and a smaller collection of Sweden seal stamps, mounted on 13 pages from 1904 to 1955 with singles or blocks of 4. Very nice collection, apparently all without gum, still overall fine to very fine seldom offered. A great lot for the serious Christmas seal stamp collector. Group of Eight Brand New Scott Specialty Albums with Slipcases, for Switzerland (two volumes, one for 1843 to 2014 and one for back of the book, a few pages have water damage), Netherlands (four volumes, 1852 to 2015 and three volumes of colonies), Sweden (1855-2016 in two volumes). Full retail for the binders alone is $73.50 each, and for the slipcases is $64.50 each (total for empty albums comes to $1,104), and all the pages would add a substantial value to that. Very fine.
