Original pre-WWI family collection in wonderful condition stripped by us from the album that was literally falling-apart, lots of GB content including Weldon's Bazaar advertising cards for Coronation of KEVII set (?) of 6, a splendid Welsh group principally of Swansea but a number of others, also some Australia including a couple of Melbourne suburbans & South Australian real photo card 'Coast/where bodies from/Clan Ranald/came ashore 31.1.09', also some greetings types. If only all postcard collections were this fine.

Original family collection much apparently acquired while travelling to Britain, Unites States with equal numbers of 'linens' & 'chromes' & we noted two baseball subjects, Spain with a group of Barcelona real photo cards including for the 1929 Exposicion, Egypt with a terrific real photo group featuring high-grade photography, a few from Eastern Europe & Turkey, a good Greek selection, etc, also some beautiful Greetings types & other 'ladies subjects', finally 'RMS Titanic. Wrecked in mid-Atlantic by Collision with Iceberg. April 15th 1912' (small faults) with message of 15.8.1912 "This as you will see is the ill-fated Titanic". (Image1)
