Grahame-White from Blackpool, intended to be flown to Southport but only carried for seven miles when the plane was forced to land due to bad weather, the reverse overprinted with an explanation in red. The cards were then carried to London and posted, franked ½d cancelled at London W.C (Aug 26), a Harrow c.d.s (Aug 27) applied upon redirection to Felixstowe.
