(2) Medals from the World's Industrial Cotton Centennial Exhibition held in New Orleans in 1884-5. Privately issued, 2" diameter, struck only on one side, composition unknown (pewter or brass?), these medals appear to be trial strikes of the obv and rev of the actual medals of the exhibition. Interesting oddity!
