Sweden, Carl Bonde (1581–1652). Governor of Dalarna with the copper and iron mines (1607– ) and Governor of Västerås and Västmanland including Sala silver mine 1613– . The document is signed on July 20, 1616 and is mentioning amount of bar iron (stångjärn). There is a memorial dated on June 19, 1616 in which he is mentioned for his actions against the ongoing for years extensice copper stealth trade. Which was more or less then solved.
