Cat No:1804 Spiked Chin

1804 Spiked Chin VF+ lovely medium brown w/ no problems. The lines in the right obv field as well as the spiked chin itself are the result of a foreign object (the lines suggest a screw) getting into the coining press and damaging the dies. There is a rev die scratch just above the R in AMERICA (just opposite the obv marks) to support this theory. An interesting variety. (Image)
