Ephemera -- 1868 Wilmington North Carolina Steam Tug Oldham receipt Signed by Capt. Harper, a well known citizen of Wilmington for towing the schooner Richards "down river and to sea". Has tax stamp. Item was horizontally folded and crease resulted in a tear middle left to the word "To". A great piece of early Wilmington shipping memorabilia. J.M. Richards owned the Schooner J.M. Richards built in West Haven, Connecticut. (Image1)
