1799 Heraldic Eagle NGC XF Details Whizzed. A very natural looking coin w/ excellent color. Magnification reveals that coin was cleaned long ago, but it does not have the wire-brushed look of a whizzed coin, making NGC's grade mysterious and rather confusing. See for yourself! (Image)
