1847-O NGC AU55. A scarce O-Mint $10 in high grades, this coin's AU55 results mostly from a myriad of tiny bagmarks as opposed to actual wear, which is far less evident on this coin than that seen on most gold coins of similar grade. Basically, uncirculated detail and surfaces that are faintly proof-like. A very attractive example of this issue and a rare opportunity for the connoisseur of scarce gold. (Image)
