Collection of Mint Never Hinged Europa Issues, 1956-1993, consisting of seven hingeless Europa albums containing mint stamp sets and some souvenir sheets. We note better sets including mint never hinged 1956 and 1957 Luxembourg (c.v. $204 total). The collection has a good run of country sets from 1956 to 1982 with scattered issues missing with larger gaps from 1983 onward, but should be easily filled by the studious collector. A spot check of stamps indicated the collection is mint never hinged, but could contain some mint hinged stamps. There is an odor of tobacco on the albums, which should not affect the stamps. See photo for an overview of this lot which is in fine to very fine condition. (Image)

Mint and Used Accumulation in 10 Stockbooks, mainly filled with stamps from German language countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. These stockbooks hold partial collections and duplicates, both mint and used, from these countries. We noted quantities of valid Swiss stamps, a group of 6 imperf Seated Helvetia which we did not catalogue for paper or printing, and a used copy of the 1fr Pax issue Scott 301 (c.v. $95). We also saw extensive holdings of Austria, including semi-postals and issues for the Levant and for Lombardy-Venetia; a mint copy of Telegraph stamp Michel #2 (c.v. 180 Euros, faults). Issues for Germany go mainly to the 1970s, but some later mint stamps are also present. We noted a partial never hinged Azadhind set, a mint never hinged Flemish Legion block unfortunately separated into 4 stamps, also much of the Slovakia issues of 1939. More finds are to be made in this large lot, so we recommend viewing. Some faults noted on the earlier material, otherwise very fine. (Image)
