The local rate is 5 cent, the registration fee 20 cent. This combination of overprints is so far only known on the 5 cent Numeral on two covers, one from Medan (this cover) and one from Tebingtinggi-/Deli 10 August 1942. This combination of overprints is not listed in catalogues, but undoubtedly authentic (Image)
