Philatelic Journals circa, Lot of (4), includes (2) "The Badger State Philatelist" dated Sept 1888 and Feb 1898; (1) "The Charleston Philatelist" dated Oct 1888 and (1) "The Chicago Philatelist" dated Sept 1893. Three are intact and generally in very good condition though the 1888 Badger State has stains on front cover. The Chicago Philatelist is loose pages having come apart.
