Feb. 55' arrival datestamp on the reverse. This extraordinary cover was addressed "A Son Excellence Monsieur Le Comte de Sandisell, Grand Chancellier de L'Ordre de St. George". Cover with a strong vert. fold through center (stabilized at back by a white tape) and minor imperfections as light horizontal folds, but fresh and fine stamps.
