1935 (Feb 25) Picture postcard "Die Saar bleibt deutsch für alle Zeit!" (Saarland remains German for all times!) with a big swastika on the top of a monument, sent to Modena and bearing superb "Comando Truppe Italiane nella Saar" cds, on the latest day of usage of this postmark, carried by military courier to Milan, with the Italian postage due missing on arrival -as usual in that period- when the stamp was partly applied on a piece of paper protecting the area of the text in a postcard and this was removed to read the missive; three creases not detracting. Exceedingly scarce used on this day. (Image)
