1898 (June 3) Printed stationery receipt for registered letter services between Mazagan and Marrakesh, very rare first type only used in 1898 and with the words "Mazagan e Marrakesh" printed in small upright antic lettering, the receipt cancelled with bilingual "Mazagan" cds, hand dated July 3, signed by Alberto C. 1898 (June 24) Mazagan-Marrakech Local Post 20c lake on rose buff stationery postcard from Marrakech to Germany redirected twice inland to Wiesbaden and Königsberg, cancelled by "Marrakesh" cds, with Mazagan cds adjacent, both in violet, showing British "Mazagan-Morocco" and Tangier and cds's alongside, in combination with Morocco Agencies 1898 10c tied by "A26" obliterator and two German arrival cds's, carried via Gibraltar with small cds in centre; illustrated on page 75 of the "Il Novellario" encyclopedic catalogue of the "Posta in Italia" by Unificato, vol. 2. 1898-1929 Lot of four items, including local post mixed franking with Morocco Agencies, unused post card with Post Office Gibraltar, commercial envelope from Casablanca sent air mail in 1929, also included is a newspaper cutting from the Paris conference.

1938-39 Two Italian telegram forms, each with different handstamps of the radio telegraph station of Tanger (Tangeri), in remarkable condition. A rarity of the postal history of Morocco. (Image)

1938 (Sept 30) Airmail cover to Bologna, franked with 25 cents green, two single 50 cents violet and 1lire violet, tied by green "R. Stazione R.T. /Tangeri" cds, minor soiling and torn to top right, arrival to back "Bologna. ARR. DISTRIB. ORD. 21.9.38", a scarce cover and fine Morocco usage. (Image)

1940 (March 27) Airmail cover to Rome, franked with 50 cents violet and 1.25 lire blue, locally overprinted by hand "R.S.R.T.-P.A. / Italiana / Tangeri" horizontally on the 50 cent stamp and vertically on the 1.25 lire stamp, two values used on an envelope, tied with a "R. Stazione R.T. /Tangeri - 27 Mar. 1940", minor toning to parts of stamp perfs, which do not detract from the significance and importance of this exceedingly rare cover; one of very few examples that have a locally applied handwritten overprint. 1941 Group of five covers relating to the Italian Armistice Commission - Delegation in Morocco, including picture postcard of Oudja, franked with French-Morocco 5c green tied by cds of the same town, and a Casablanca postcard sent to Genoa with purple circular armistice cachet and the scarce "Corrispondenza di Connazionali..." four-line handstamp in red (Astolfi type C1, p. 8) denoting single taxation, an interesting and very scarce selection.
