1941 LOVCEN PARTISAN STAMPS complete set of three, mint never hinged, fresh and very fine. These stamps have been overprinted locally for use by the original Lovcen Brigade which joined the Partisans fighting against the Italian and Chetniks during WWII, and it is believed that less than 100 sets were overprinted and issued. A SCARCE SET. Raybaudi signature and certificate.
