1942 (Nov 29) Cover from Provicchio Island (a small locality with few inhabitants) to Lisbon, franked by "Imperiale" 1,25L tied by very neat "Provicchio/Zara" cds, repeated on reverse, censor's cachets on front. A very rare destination. (Image)

Province of Cattaro: 1941 Five registered covers from Tivat, Perast (the Italian and the ex-Jugoslavian cds's) Balsa and Perzagno, all sent to the Prefect of Cattaro bearing "Fratellanza d'Armi" (Hitler-Mussolini) values. (Image)

Province of Cattaro: 1941-44 Group of 22 covers/cards and some stamps, some better cancellations, registered-, military- and express mail, scarce taxed cover originating from Italy, incoming mail from Croatia and France (2) and three overprinted stationery cards during the German occupation.

Province of Fiume: 1941-45 lot comprising 49 items with an interesting diversity including two with fiscals postally used of which one was not tolerated and taxed, numerous rare or very rare cancellations originating from small localities, cover with "Commissariato di Polizia di Sussa" cachet to control the mail sent to an internee in the Concentration Camp Corropoli (only with 150 prisoners), military mail, various registered usages, official mail, one cover with overprinted "Fiumano-Kupa" franking, correspondence during the Yugoslavian period after the war, etc. Viewing suggested.
