JAMMU & KASHMIR: Fascinating annotated collection drawn from three sources, with numerous Watercolour Classics including Jammu 1866 ½a black SG 1 used on small piece, unused 1876 1a bright blue & ½a emerald-green SG 18 & 20, Kashmir 1867-77 8a red SG 101 vertical pair on piece (shown horizontally), and Jammu & Kashmir 1879 ½a red Bisect SG 126a tied to small piece by 'LEH' cds (Cat £10,000 on cover), all these with ISES Certificates (2021) which suggests that most (all?) of the other material is also genuine (some being noted as reprints). Among the other material we noted Kashmir 1867-77 ¼a black & 1a orange-vermilion SG 90 & 96 strips of 4, J&K 1/8a SG 138 sheet of 15 (3x5), another unidentified sheet of 15 in carmine, and some used multiples, then Officials including ¼a sheet of 15; generally fine to very fine.
