Registered Oversize Cover to India 1941, mailed at Saigon OCT.24.1941 #C14x2, 159 pay the $1.90 postage plus 25c registration. Sent via Singapore where it received a triangular "passed for transmission" handstamp, India censor tape and handstamp at left Saigon "visé par la douane" on the back. Some creases and a vertical fold, not unexpected on a cover of this size.
