Barrabupp: 'ST JOHN'S BROOK MILL/20JA10/[W.]A' 26mm cds on 2d Swan. St John's Brook Mill PO 15.09.1909; renamed Barrabupp (two 'P's) 1.12.1909; renamed Barrabup (one 'P') 15.7.1911; closed 29.11.1924. PMI records usage only in the 2½ months before the first name-change, not afterwards; the ERD for a Barrabupp cds is 13.04.1910. [Timber Mill]
Collie: 'MONEY ORDER OFFICE/10SEP00/COLLIE, W.A.' 32x20mm double-boxed d/s in violet on 2d Swan pair. Renamed from Collie Fields 27.10.1899. Unrecorded in PMI. [Coal mining; 48km E of Bunbury]
Lake View: 'LAKE VIEW/--18/04/WA' 21mm cds on 1d with 'WA' puncture. Renamed from Trafalgar (1) 02.1904; renamed Trafalgar (2) c.1905. Recorded March-May 1904 only. PMI gives the official renaming as 1909 but notes archival reference to "Trafalgar" from 01.1905 and datestamps inscribed 'TRAFALGAR' in use from 1906 onwards. [Goldmining]
Mount Sir Samuel (1): 'SAVINGS BANK/OC24/05/MT SIR SAMUEL' 21mm cds two light but fine part-overlapping strikes on 1d Swan pair on piece. Opened as RO 1897; to PO 1.10.1900; reduced to RO 29.06.1917; closed 1.7.1930. PMI records only one partial strike of the same date. [Goldmining]
Waterfall: 'WATERFALL/17NO1908/WESTERN [AUSTRALIA]' 26mm cds on 2d. PO 1.10.1907; renamed Golden Ridge -.06.1911. PMI records one probable strike only, dated 18NO1908. [Goldmining]
Widgemooltha: 'POST & TELEGRAPH OFFICE/18APR1909/WIDGEMOOLTHA WA' 44x23mm double-ring oval d/s in pink almost complete strike on ½d strip of 4. Opened as RO 1.04.1896; to PO 19.10.1896. Unrecorded by PMI. [Goldmining]
Mostly used on pages with 1860-64 Imperf 2d (possibly deep vermilion SG 25b) & 6d x3 all used, 1861 Intermediate Perf 1d 2d & 6d x2 & Clean-Cut Perf 6d, 1864-79 to 1/- (both shades), 'ONE PENNY' on 2d, Perf 12x14 1d, 'Half-penny' Overprint in Red & Green both shades (mint), condition rather mixed so inspection is recommended.

1863 (c.) imperforate stamp-size essay for a 1d White Swan plate proof in pale violet-blue on ungummed unwatermarked paper, close even margins. Rare. [NB: all Australian swans are black]
1864-79 Crown/CC 2d imperforate plate proof block of 4 in bluish green on ungummed watermarked paper from the base of the sheet, margins just touching - at lower-left - to huge. Rare. [Only a few examples are recorded, this being the only recorded block]
1864-79 Crown/CC Perf 12½ 1/- bright green with 'SPECIMEN' Handstamp as SG 61s but with 'SPECIMEN' Inverted, repaired 10mm tear at right, part-o.g., Cat £225++. Believed to be the only recorded example of this error.
1885-93 New Designs master die proof for the higher values with blank value tablet, in black on highly glazed card (91x60mm), handstamped 'AFTER/STRIKING' at U/L & '23JAN89' at 'U/R, no surface rubbing.

Unlisted & rare. [The ACSC states that "OS punctures are found only in the rose-red shade with watermark upright, and are very scarce"]
