[This is the only example recorded in PMI & illustrated there, with the comment "Possibly non-WA although known on a WA stamp". The only other Cardiff is in NSW. Offered with a second light example on 1d showing part of the base inscription '[...]ALIA' so it can't be from NSW]

East Mornington: 'EAST MORNINGTON/4JL12/WESTN AUST.' cds on Swans 1d on cut-to-shape piece. Renamed from Bushlanding RO and raised to PO 9.5.1912; RO 9.6.1920; closed 12.9.1930. [Timber Mill]
