This and the next three lots represent the balance of Max Watson's principal Barred Numerals collection. Each album has been well picked-over but lots of useful material remains. The condition is very mixed. Careful examination is recommended because even on this pass, the fifth or sixth time we have been through the collection, little nuggets kept being unearthed. Each album includes a number of strikes identified as great rarities, some of which we believe are correctly identified but are faint or partial only. Others fall into the hopeful to "wildly optimistic" class - these are each noted with a question mark - so caveat emptor: you have been warned!
'1' to '300' including Original Types for '53' (?), '103', '128', '141' (?), '167', '169', '182' (?), '190' (?) & '208' all rated RRRR, and '86' (?) & '283' both rated RRRRR.
