1863-81 Laureates V/Crown 3d lilac SG 133 with Type 6 'SPECIMEN' overprint (small seriffed pattern), no gum. Rare & possibly unique! [Absent from Bill McCredie's collection, and not recorded by Kellow Turner & McCredie]
1886-99 Issues from the various sets comprising ½d pink, 1d green, 1d orange-brown x2 (one on pink paper), 2d violet, 2½d red/yellow, 3d olive, 4d red, 5d brown, 6d blue, 8d pink/pink, 9d pink, 1/- brown, 1/6d orange, 2/- olive/green & 2/- blue-green plus Fergusson & Mitchell £5 to £9 all with 'Specimen.' Type 21a or b, also 1897 Charity duo with Type 22 found only on this issue, generally very fine with large-part o.g. Ex Ron Butler.

1886-96 Ferguson & Mitchell High Values £5 (regummed) to £9 SG 324-8 each with 'Specimen.' h/s, large-part o.g. with the £6 & £7 being unmounted (!). As fine a Specimen set as we have seen.

1897 Silver Jubilee Charity 1d & 2½d SG 353-4 blocks of 4 with Type 22 'Specimen' overprint in red or black, rather fragile with a few split perfs, full unmounted o.g., Cat £800++ (for mounted singles).

1899-1901 Watermark '85' 1d rose x2 & 2½d blue SG 357 & 360 plus 1899 1½d brown-red/yellow SG 355 each with 'ULTRAMAR' (= "Overseas") h/s in blue, full unmounted o.g. Ex Portuguese Colonies Archives & Les Molnar.
