This and the next nine lots, plus the single lots that follow, comprise the highest quality steel cds collection we have ever offered. The collection is strongest in the KGV to pre-decimal QEII periods but there is also some earlier material and a lot of more modern but less valuable items. There are numerous rated items & many record dates. The collection is also very strong in steel 'PAID' types with numerous rarities including postcode types in black. The vast majority are on very fine pieces and the quality of the strikes throughout is generally fine to superb. The covers include many appealing and/or rated strikes. Note, there is no 'MELBOURNE' & very little duplication. The ten volumes are expensive large format Lighthouse boxed albums with matching slipcases. [NB: Unless specified otherwise, highlighted strikes are Commonwealth Period steel 'VIC' types with Large Date Line (LDL)]
