1898 inwards home-made cover from Richmond, Virginia to Melbourne endorsed Via San Francisco, stamped with 2c Washington x2 &, unusually, 1c Franklin 'I.R.', Vancouver transit and Melbourne arrival on back. Not known, Unclaimed & List Room handstamps on face. Unclaimed instructions were to forward to Dundee, Scotland, but there is no indication this was done. Quite interesting. (Image1)
