1917 (9.2.), Registered Letter KGV 4d. blue uprated with vert. pair KGV 2½d. ultramarine commercially used from PORT ELIZABETH with blue 'PASSED CENSOR / C 3.' on front addressed to Monterrey/MEXICO with London transitmark (13.3.) and light arrival pmk. (3.4.) on reverse, minor marginal blemishes but a very nusual destination!
