Extensive and Valuable Collection of Mint King George V Admirals, 1913-1924, with 136 different stamps, collected by Stanley Gibbons numbers, including different perforations, dies, printings, shades and papers. The collection includes S.G. numbers 186-195, 197-201, 202, 203, 205, 206, 206b, 207, 208, 209-214, 215-218 (with two #216), 219-234, 236, 236b, 237-242, 244-253 (missing 245), 255-272, 272a, 272b, 273, 274, 274a, 274b, 275-278, 280-281, 282-287, 288-290, 291-311, 312-322. S.G. 278 is accompanied by a 1989 B.P.A. certificate, and the most expensive stamp S..G. # 322 is accompanied by a card from Stanley Gibbons where the stamp was purchased for £950. All are fresh with bright colours, the majority are lightly hinged and the S.G. catalogue value of £11,810 does not include a premium for the handful of never hinged (mostly low values). (Image)
