Tied by light impressions from 'BULAWAYO RHODESIA' cds dated MY 22 96 (first day of issue). Surface bearing 'POSTED OUT OF COURSE' handstamp in black and taxed 6d 'postage due' handstamp in black. Reverse bearing registered Dublin dispatch mark dated JU 27 96 and London arrival mark dated 29 96. Slight peripheral wear and some tears to opening adhesives unaffected.
