Prince of Wales Royal Visit. 1925 Stampless cover with "E" crest of Edward, Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII), typed address of "Field-Marshal Sir William Birdwood" with "India, Commander in Chiefs Camp" and the initials "EP" all added in Edward's own handwriting, two strikes of oval bilingual "SOUTH AFRICA / ROYAL TOUR / 30 JUN 25" datestamps with the South Africa arms above, actually posted whilst Edward was in Southern Rhodesia, backstamped at Salisbury (July 3) and Simla (Aug 10).
