1895-96 Void Background Perf 12½,13 ½d green with Double Impression SG 208a vertical strip of 4, light indistinct cancellations, Cat £8000+. Almost certainly the largest recorded used multiple. With a normal stamp for comparison. [The first print is quite faint & was obviously considered unsatisfactory. The strong second impression is 2mm to the left and slightly lower]
Ken Scudder at page 179 states "Clear double prints exist...probably all...from the same sheet of stamps." Until the 2010 Edition, this error was unpriced by Gibbons. From 2011, it was priced at £2000 unused or used, and has not budged since.

1903-10 'COMMONWEALTH' Crown/A 9d Type B ACSC #Q44 (SG 283) U/L corner block of 4 with Double Perfs at Left, virtually full o.g. with three units being unmounted, Cat $100++ (£160++) for normal mounted singles. Uncatalogued variety. Ex Bernie Manning. [From 1895, Queensland sheets had double perfs at the left as a matter of course. This is an entirely different item, with a full strike of the comb perforator misplaced in the left-hand margin]
