1897-1908 Issues on cover addressed to Tasmania, mostly to Tattersalls and The Commercial Banking Company of Hobart, Hobart Mercury and other avoidance addresses, including some registered. All were posted in the Commonwealth period from a variety of locations including Thursday Island and are mostly in poor condition including spike holes (50). In addition, an array on cover addressed to local and NSW destinations (12) and a group of PPC to Australia wide destinations (8). Worth a closer look. (c.70) (Image1)

1903-07 Registered Covers to various Tattersalls Agents in Hobart (25 covers or fronts), several later covers with Provisional labels, 1940 Story Bridge Illustrated cover with reg label 'No. A 02', plus few 1940s FDCs. Selection of KGVI Stationery registered envelopes 5d, 5½d (4), 8½d, 9d (2) & QE 1/0½d. all with Goomeri or Yarraman labels. Plus a range of KGVI Stationery cut-outs with labels attached.
