[The ACSC states that only two 'SPECIMEN' cards are recorded of which one, illustrated there, had a ½d stamp added. This is a 'new' example. CIG is not listed by the ACSC as a recorded user of these cards; most unusually for a Stamped-to-Order card, the reverse includes the Post Office admonition 'This card is for use within the Commonwealth and to places in the British Empire.
