1924 'THREE/HALPENCE' on 2d Scarlet ACSC LC54 all-different views comprising 'CARTING - FAR NORTH' (camels), 'MOSMAN'S BAY' (some perf reinforcing with archival tape) and 'NATIONAL PARK NSW' (boy with rowing boat), unused, Cat $1200. [The Stamp Printer, Thomas Harrison, was ambivalent towards the scenic cards & allowed the plates to deteriorate, which ultimately resulted in their discontinuance. 'NATIONAL PARK' is an excellent example of the consequences Harrison's disregard & neglect]
