1860 envelope unpaid Transatlantic Mail sent from Windermere with fine strike of the "976" Duplex dated OC 22 1860 sent to Cincinnati USA with a Kewisk transit endorsed ‘By the Adriatic from Southampton to New York’ but has a Liverpool transit and Allen Line Marking with USA Rocking Horse ‘3' cents mark in black and black “Detroit AM Pkt 24” indicating 24c to be collected upon delivery.
