India Postal Training School cancel with parallel bars on 1949 Archaelogical 6p + 1a + 8a on V.P. cover from P&T Training Center in Saharanpur to Delhi with "PRACTICAL CLASS / P.T.S. SAAHARANPUR" cds on reverse. This overprint was only done for the Practical Class of the Postal Training Centre in Saharanpur and is very scarce - 1 of probably 15 known covers.
