Reply from the Argentine Post sent to a stamp collector on 10/FE/1984, explaining how letters had to be addressed to the Falkland Islands/Malvinas, and also the procedures for letters that arrived in Argentina from the islands, very interesting and illustrative. We also include the original cover that contained the letter, and a copy of the original letter sent by the collector to the Post on 25/JA/1984. Rare lot! (Image)

Registered airmail cover with AR, sent from Buenos Aires to "British Meteorologic Center, 9411 ISLAS SANDWICH DEL SUR (DEPENDENCIAS DE LAS ISLAS MALVINAS)" on 22/NO/1985, and it was returned to sender with the marks "ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN - RETURN TO SENDER", with the address crossed out and corrected with blue pencil: "Sandwich Islands, via Falkland Islands" and on back datestamp of PORT STANLEY 11/FE/1986, very fine quality, very rare!
