'[crown]/EIIR' (inc. some with original letter), 'PRIME MINISTER', 'BLACK ROD/HOUSE OF LORDS', 'HOUSE OF COMMONS' (inc. 1972 env. with encl. letter from Norman Fowler MP) or 'HOUSE OF COMMONS/SPEAKER', 'CABINET OFFICE', 'FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY', 'FOREIGN AND COMMONWEALTH OFFICE', 'PRIVY COUNCIL/OFFICE', 'SCOTTISH OFFICE/LONDON', 'LORD PRIVY SEAL', 'LORD CHAMBERLAIN' etc; recorded/special delivery (14, inc. 1975 env. to Notts taxed 18p & paid with postage due stamps), 1985 large env. with 'ARMED FORCES COURIER SERVICE' ds and 'NOT BY POST' plus red 'FCO' etiquette.
