"4/CENTS" (4½mm space) used on registered cover from Sandakan to Ulm, Germany via Naples, each tied by full strike of "SANDAKAN/9/FEB/1901" c.d.s, boxed reg. h/s alongside, Naples railway transit c.d.s. and Ulm '21.III.01' arrival c.d.s. on the reverse, fine.
