Nigeria: Covers and Cancellations: 1916, two envelopes to Zinder both bearing 21/2d. tied Lagos c.d.s. with French censor tape, and an undated envelope to Martinique with “PRISONERS OF WAR POST” handstamp in red with number alongside and “OUVERT/PAS LES AUTORITES LES DE CONTROLE” handstamps in violet and censor seals, also three 1915 On Active Service envelopes sent to Colonel Walker in Kabba.
