1898 Internal Postage 'cheque stamp' 1d vermilion & deep ultramarine, imperf, setting II, embossed control at back '3' & 'X'. Fresh UN, sl thins etc but superb eppearance with bright colours. Sc 58a cat US$5500, SG 56 cat £2500 which is an error in the catalog as believed to have been meant to be £5000.
