1980-1990 India 1980s-1990s 2615 Registered covers with VF City Cancels on business size letters. These are the best all large size registered covers with VF rectangular registered city cancels. We pulled all the better out of 140,000 rather messy covers from the India IYS correspondence. These are the best registered covers in the batch. Includes many small towns, experimental, camp and other unusual town cancels. We purposely did not pull any Bombay as they were the most common. Note, these are VF cancels, and they are the better out of 140,000, but that is not saying much as most of those covers were in poor condition. About 10% of the covers in this lot are in poor condition, included here because they had a nice cancel in spite of the overall condition of the cover.
