Registered Express envelope (backflap missing) addressed to Port Louis bearing SG 85, 8c on 2d blue and SG 105, 4c carmine tied by '2' in bar obliterator with Flacq backstamp 'Ja 22/86' endorsed 'tres presse' with oval 'Registered/No/Mauritius' date stamp in red and boxed instructional 'Carrier/22/2/85/Ja' on face.
