Malaysia and States Mint/Used Collection to 2014 - Mostly hinge-mounted (more modern MNH) collection on internet printed pages with many 100 mint and/or used (sometimes both). Most of the value is in the States. Some better include Scott 20-7, 66-73 and several $10-20 items in the 1980s and later. Many of the orchid and butterfly sets are present in the States (all MH), and included is Sabah Scott 1-16 MH complete. Condition generally F-VF, with some scattered minor faults.
