1910-11 Covers with F.M.S stamps cancelled by double circle bilingual Kedah c.d.s, single ring Kuala Muda c.d.s or double ring Alor Star c.d.s (2, one registered with "A.R" and registration handstamps), the Kedah and registered Alor Star covers with staining and other faults, the Kuala Muda cover with some edge faults though still very reasonable appearance, the other Alor Star cover fine, all very scarce. 1928-40 Covers, handstamps include boxed "UNDELIVERED FOR REASON STATED RETURN / TO SENDER AT ADDRESS SHOWN ON COVER" (2, one applied in error and obliterated by two "Recommande" handstamps of Jitra), boxed "TO PAY / ― CENTS" of Alor Star on unpaid 1932 cover, and 1940 cover to USA with censor seals and cachets and violet oval "DEAD LETTER OFFICE / 2 AP 40 / ALOR STAR, KEDAH" on reverse, some faults, the last cover fine. 1931-39 Registered covers from Jitra, Karangan, Kuala Nerang, Lunas or Sik, all with registration labels, the Kuala Nerang cover stained but very scarce, Sik cover with large part reverse missing, the others mainly fine. (5).

1933-39 Air Mail covers to G.B, sent by Imperial Airways (6) or KLM (2) with cancels of Bedong, Karangan, Kuala Ketil (3), Langkawi, Padang Serai or Serdang, rates include 25c (4), 53c (2), 55c or 58c, all with Air Mail labels, mainly fine. (8).

1940 (June 2) Cover from Alor Star to Penang franked 8c, the reverse with the six line bilingual cachet "Kedah Agricultural & Livestock Exhibition / in aid of The MALAYA PATRIOTIC FUND / at Alor Star on 5th, 6th & 7th July 1940", fine and very scarce, just four examples believed to have been recorded. 1945-49 Covers with BMA Malaya stamps, cancels include scarce Jitra rubber handstamp with manuscript date, also circular datestamps of Gurun, Jitra (registered cover), Karangan, Langkawi, another with a worn Thai datestamp of Sungei Patani, the last with faults, otherwise fine. (6).
