2½d indigo Plate 1 Inserted 'JBC' Monogram strip of 3 ACSC 10(1)zb, the central unit is unmounted, Cat $7500. Ex Peter O'Rourke: sold in 2020 for $3575. [NB: in the 2017 edition of 'Kangaroos', monogram strips from both plates were priced at $6750. In the 2021 edition, Plate 2 strips were increased to $7500 while Plate 1 remained at $6750, which we believe was an oversight because this discrepancy is not supported by auction realisations. If anything, Plate 1 strips should be priced higher]
